What do we do?
Our full service covers everything needed to keep your machine running reliably and performing at its best. We carry out a complete engine service, including fresh oil, a new spark plug, and fuel filter, with all old fluids safely disposed of. The cutting deck is removed and thoroughly cleaned, the blade is sharpened and balanced, and key components such as bearings, belts, pulleys, fuel lines, and tyre pressures are carefully checked. Old fuel is drained and replaced with Aspen 4 fuel. All guards are removed and cleaned, the machine is fully jet washed, then reassembled, tested, and run to ensure smooth operation. Finally, all necessary parts are greased and lubricated for long-lasting performance.
A service is a preventable measure rather than a cure for problems. If you have any additional issues, then please let us know when we book your machine in.

Workshop turnaround times typically range between 1–3 weeks, depending on demand.
We also offer local collection and delivery at a small cost.
Our current workshop rate is £65 + VAT per hour, with a minimum labour charge of 30 minutes.
